SATURDAY 3RD | That 'ahhh' feeling when getting in bed after a long day
SUNDAY 4TH | A creative morning
MONDAY 5TH | Happy to have got out walking in the afternoon, under a beautiful blue sky
TUESDAY 6TH | Walking home from the nursery pick up with flurries of snow falling - basked in Alexander's joy of this too
WEDNESDAY 7TH | A mid afternoon bath, in a quiet house, to relieve some aching and unwind
THURSDAY 8TH | Chocolate!
FRIDAY 9TH | Another midday bath - love this little luxury, that I've been treating myself to often lately
SATURDAY 10TH | Making a decision that has been a long time coming, and that should positively impact on life
SUNDAY 11TH | A new dinner recipe that was a success + conversation with Nathan about memorable travel
MONDAY 12TH | Sunshine
TUESDAY 13TH | Family cuddles, initiated by Alexander
WEDNESDAY 14TH | Valentine's assembly at Alexander's school was really cute + a lovely card from Nathan
THURSDAY 15TH | A walk & library trip + evening laughter with Alexander
FRIDAY 16TH | The morning light as I sat in bed with a cup of tea & book in hand + seeing our first daffs of the year whilst out walking
SATURDAY 17TH | Family visits + rainbow sighting + thought provoking conversation
SUNDAY 18TH | A relaxed day
MONDAY 19TH | Family cinema trip - enjoyed the outing, film, and also the laughter that filled the cinema
TUESDAY 20TH | Getting out in nature
WEDNESDAY 21ST | Giving the house a good old clean & feeling productive
THURSDAY 22ND | Den building with Alexander + bedtime story + movie night with Nathan
FRIDAY 23RD | Watching home videos (after a hard day)
SATURDAY 24TH | Starting a new book
SUNDAY 25TH | For the second day running, a perfectly blue sky
MONDAY 26TH | Enjoying the last full day - extra day - of half term before Alexander is back to nursery after half term
TUESDAY 27TH | Lightly falling snow
WEDNESDAY 28TH | Thankful for some warmth & a roof over my head during these treacherous weather conditions

ReplyDeleteThank you - it is something I begun a long time ago to help with my mental health, and have found it to have so many benefits... I hoped by bringing it over to my blog that it would inspire others to see the daily positives too.
