This year I'm attempting to complete 'Project 365' - I share these photos on my Twitter daily, and weekly I will be sharing a post with a number of photos combined as well as a few words giving them some context.

Not the best of starts to the day, or week for that matter!

Zoomed in a little, this is a portion of my view whilst I do the dishes at the kitchen sink. There's a sprinkling of snow high up on the hills (we didn't actually have any snow here) and the sky itself caught my eye leading to me head out and take this photo.

Tackling the teddies in order to change Alexander's bed - a weekly battle. He has somewhere between 20 - 30 stuffed toys, in various sizes, sitting on the end of his bed. I think taking them on & off is more time consuming than changing the bedsheets!

I captured this skyscape early in the morning, before we'd even had breakfast. Blue skies & sunshine were a much needed pick me up today.
Some morning reading time with Alexander.

A home(y) day with some family visits. I didn't take many photos today, but I did take this one of my handsome boy.

I do love a board game, and today I introduced Alexander to 'Snakes & Ladders' - he really enjoyed it, and grasped the concept quite quickly.

...morning reading time with Alexander is time well spent.
ReplyDeleteQuite agreed - some of my favourite time too :-)
DeleteThe stuffies on the bed are the bane of my existence too! My eldest has a lot, but my youngest doesn't, so it's only a struggle for one bed!

A nightmare, aren't they?!
DeleteFab photos! I am constantly fighting a battle with stuffed toys on my youngest girls bed. #MMBC
ReplyDeleteSo many!!! Now I see why my mum used to tell us to keep ours on top of the wardrobe when younger. Haha!
DeleteReading to a child is a wonderful shared experience. I love being read to when younger and then found I loved reading to little ones. It's a win win #MMBC
ReplyDeleteCarol, I'm a total bookworm myself and so reading with my son is some of my favourite time within each day - you're quite right, a wonderful shared experience.
DeleteAwwwh great photos. I think I'd be more likely to wash the dishes if I had that lovely view to look at :)
