With 2016 having drawn to a close now, I decided to look back on the pictures I've taken over the course of the year, and of course with that came the arrival of fond memories. As well as the memories, reflecting upon my photos has made me realise that the amount of photos I've taken really decreased in the last quarter of the year. I kind of already knew this. I've been taking family photos, but very few nature photos. I've really missed photography, getting outdoors, and being in my element surrounded by nature... My lack of photography stems from my anxiety having taken a bit of a hold over me these past few months, but with a new year comes new goals, new aims, and a fresh start. I'm keen to not only take a hold of my anxiety, but also fall in love with photography once more.

Nature's beautiful progression through the year.
ReplyDeleteIt's fun looking back on nature in this way.
DeleteWonderful collages and every single photo is so very beautiful as well.
ReplyDeleteA goal of mine could be to learn more about the technical side of photography and not just continue with my usual point-and-shoot. :)
Happy new year! How very exciting that you're getting married this year! xx
Thank you, Sara! I love your goal... Having seen, and admired, many of your pictures I'd have thought you already knew a fair bit about the technical side of photography. Good luck with your goal!
DeleteI hope the new year is treating you well so far :-)
I love this post. You did a great job showcasing your favorite shots from the year. I always love yearly photo overview posts; they always contain the best of the best from the year. :)
