Walk With Me | October

Although November has now arrived, I did still want to share a couple of photos I took on a morning walk earlier on this week, just as October was drawing to a close.

This past week has been October half term here in South Wales, and it definitely felt a lot more like a winter school holiday as opposed to autumn! Hasn't it been cold?! Alexander and I wrapped up warm - with the winter woollies of scarf, hat and gloves being worn for the first time this A/W - and kickstarted the school holidays with a Monday morning nature walk (we took note of all the fallen things on the ground, not just the leaves, and tried to identify which trees they came from). We were out after 9am, and I was quite surprised to still see such a thick frost about.

Fresh is a word I've heard thrown about quite a bit this week with regards to the weather - and it certainly has been!

Enjoy your outdoor adventures, and the beauty of nature!
