MONDAY 1ST | Bank holiday + family time
TUESDAY 2ND | Enjoyed the walk to and from nursery
WEDNESDAY 3RD | Seeing Alexander's first school pictures - they turned out lovely
THURSDAY 4TH | The delight on Alexander's face seeing the roadwork vehicles undertaking work nearby
FRIDAY 5TH | Turning off my alarm and having an extra hour of sleep - best decision of the day!
SATURDAY 6TH | We went for a 3 hour long walk in the hills
SUNDAY 7TH | Listening to the play interactions between Alexander & Nathan + family movie session
MONDAY 8TH | Spring sunshine + no jacket needed weather
TUESDAY 9TH | A relaxing evening
WEDNESDAY 10TH | Glorious sunshine
THURSDAY 11TH | An enjoyable play morning with Alexander + decluttering my bookshelves
FRIDAY 12TH | Cleaning out all three of my email inboxes and unsubscribing from unimportant newsletters - I felt lighter for it
SATURDAY 13TH | Having my haircut
SUNDAY 14TH | A slow Sunday morning + playing board games with Alexander
MONDAY 15TH | Watching Happily Ever After (the new night show at DisneyWorld) on YouTube with Alexander - a magical moment
TUESDAY 16TH | Tea & cake
WEDNESDAY 17TH | The 'ahhhh' feeling of getting into comfy clothes after coming home drenched
THURSDAY 18TH | Being able to walk to nursery after having to bus it for 3 days due to rain
FRIDAY 19TH | Listening to Alexander's adventures with Jim-Jam (a soft toy robot he has had since a baby)
SATURDAY 20TH | A daytime bath - one of life's little luxuries as a parent
SUNDAY 21ST | Waking up to a successful first night of Alexander wearing pants to bed
MONDAY 22ND | Evening cuddles with Alexander
TUESDAY 23RD | Tea & a good book
WEDNESDAY 24TH | Trying a new dinner recipe
THURSDAY 25TH | A gentle breeze on a super hot day
FRIDAY 26TH | First day off of many for Nathan - meaning more family time to come
SATURDAY 27TH | Listening to the thunderstorm very early in the morning
SUNDAY 28TH | Compiling our wedding vows
MONDAY 29TH | A generally lovely family oriented Bank Holiday weekend
TUESDAY 30TH | Movie morning with Alexander
WEDNESDAY 31ST | Going to the library with Alexander and coming home with book bundles each

  2. What a lovely idea to focus on the positives for each day. Such a nice way of looking back over the month and remembering lots of happy moments too :-)

    1. The negatives definitely tend to stand out more, that's why I like to end my day and reflect upon all that has happened, ending it with a positive.
